Printing Machine Features:

- SL1488 Screen Printing Machine model is suitable for printing UV inks of various colors on plastic round, oval and square bottles and jars. The machine is widely used and loved by many users. We also have SL1466 specially designed for round bottles and jars only.

- The Printing Machine adopts a modular combined structure, each module includes independent screen printing and UV curing functions, and the linear connection can realize a maximum of 8-color integrated production line.

- The Fully Automatic Screen Printing machine can be connected to foil stamping or labeling modules to become a multi-functional printing production line such as silk screen printing with foil stamping or labeling.

- The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle unscrambler instead of manual feeding.

- After printing, the discharging can be connected to a bagging machine instead of manual bagging.

* SL1488/1788 automatic machine for silk-screen printing of containers in plastic or other materials, having a circular, elliptical, square or rectangular section with centered or off-center neck,and it is easy for changing different shapes on printing section.

* Shape changeover: 30 minutes for each machine,from cylindrical format to elliptical or flat format.

* Linear unit structure combination: option of adding up to a total of eight in-line colors .

* The machine is operated by PLC and touch panel,which is easy to operate with excellent warning system.

* In-feeding parts includes:in-feeding belt and machine hand for side-selection.

* The host unit of the machine side-selection driven by servo motor,rotation for dust-removal of round container and flame treatment.
