production process
1. Raw material preparation: The main raw materials include base material, sand, adhesive, etc. The base material is usually soft cloth or paper, the sand particles are usually alumina, silicon carbide, etc., and the adhesive can be phenolic resin, urea-formaldehyde resin, etc.

2. Substrate treatment: The substrate is cut, washed, dried, etc. to facilitate the subsequent coating process.

3. Initial coating: Apply the adhesive on the substrate, and then cure the adhesive by drying or natural drying.

4. Sand adhesion: Sprinkle sand particles evenly on the initially coated substrate, and then make the sand particles evenly adhere to the substrate through compaction, vibration, etc.

5. Secondary coating: Apply adhesive again to the substrate after sanding, and then solidify the adhesive by drying or natural drying to enhance the wear resistance and toughness of the abrasive belt.

6. Cutting: Cut the abrasive belt into required specifications and sizes.

7. Inspection and packaging: Carry out quality inspection on the produced soft cloth abrasive belts, and clean, package and prepare qualified products for shipment.
