Spiral Pipe Machine

Spiral pipe machine is use to open and level the steel coil through the machine, and then feed it into forming machine at some angles, using the principle of three-roll round machine, supplemented by some angels, the continuous round pipe is formed. And the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When the steel coil is uncoiling, leveling and cutting butt welding, the host machine should stop and wait. After steel coil butt welding is completed, the host machine is started for production. The machine adopts the discontinuous production model, which has the advantage of less investment and simple operation.
Continuous type Spiral Pipe Machine is use to open and level the steel coil through the machine, and then feed it into forming machine at some angles, using the principle of three-roll round machine, supplemented by some angels, the continuous round pipe is formed. And the continuous spiral weld is welded by submerged arc welding machine. When uncoiling, leveling and cutting butt welding are all at the flying cart. During steel coil butt welding is dong, the speed of flying cart running is same with host machine welding speed. When the butt welding is completed, the flying cart quickly backs up to initial position and waits for next coil. The continuous production mode has the advantage of high production efficiency, good product quality and less pipe repair and welding.
