Q1.Can I get product samples? Yes, we can provide similar samples, but we need you to pay the freight.

Q2.Can I customize my Logo? Yes, we mainly make customized products.If you want to put the logo or text on it, you can send us the logo, then we can quote you price based on the design and arrange the artwork for you.

Q5.What is the payment terms? 30% deposit and balance before shipping, we will take photo show details when goods ready.

Q6. Do you offer samples before mass production? Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.

Q7. Do you offer a quality guarantee? Yes, we offer 100% quanlity guarantee. For improper production, we will either refund you the money, or rapidly remake the products for you.
