Fluoropolymer PTFE Lined agitator blade

PTFE lined agitators are a type of mixing equipment used in industrial processes that require the handling of highly corrosive or reactive materials. These agitators have a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) lining that provides excellent resistance to chemicals, acids, and bases, making them ideal for use in harsh environments.
RANA would briefly introduce the principle of the fluoropolymer PTFE lined agitators.

1. The steel agitator lining PTFE sheet adopts the principle of jet flow. Through the high-speed jet of one liquid, negative pressure is generated at the throat part, and another liquid (or gas) is inhaled, and the mixing operation is achieved;

2. Using the principle of static mixer, two or more liquids are mixed through the multi-channel baffle and turbulent flow process in the mixer;

3. The mixing effect is achieved by adding the two liquids into a certain mixing area uniformly in proportion. Since most of the mixing process of steel agitator lined PTFE is a violent exothermic process, it is generally designed as a special device for PTFE anti-corrosion, which can ensure the application effect and service life. All parts in contact with acid are made of PTFE material, which can resist corrosion for a long time.
