The demand for electricity in all walks of
life is growing, the use of energy meters is more and more extensive, because
the energy meter needs to be in working condition, especially when the weather
is hot, the temperature in the energy meter rises, in order to prevent the
temperature in the energy meter is too high, affecting the normal use of the
energy meter, the temperature rise in the energy meter is a problem that the
industry needs to solve.
Select PC polycarbonate particles; Feeding:
the suction machine sucks the polycarbonate particles into the drying box;
Drying: The polycarbonate particles are dried in the drying box for 3-5
minutes; Injection molding: the dried polycarbonate particles are sent to the
cylinder by the suction machine, and the injection molding machine uses the
mold to injection molding polycarbonate particles; Cooling: Water circulation
is carried out on the mold to make the injection meter box cover cool and form.
The electric meter box cover using pc polycarbonate injection molding process
has the advantages of anti-ultraviolet, non-metallic flame retardant,
anti-aging, corrosion resistance, strong external force resistance, impact
resistance, high transparency and low cost. The existing energy meter shell is
often made of polycarbonate material, the polycarbonate material has
insulation, but because the device inside the energy meter box generates a lot
of heat when working, it is easy to cause the temperature inside the meter box
to rise, so that the heat in the box is not distributed in time, it will affect
the normal use of the energy meter. The box cover produced by the processing
process can not play a good thermal conductivity, so it needs to be further
improved to produce a table box with good thermal conductivity.
Before mould developing, we can apply PRO-E/UG software to check the feasibility of the design, and will correct or take precautions against those problems which will appear in mould development or future quantity production. Meanwhile our engineers can well control the tolorance of mounting dimensions to ensure tight fitting, and for material selection, our engineers can also give good suggestion.
