Description of 3D mixer:

3D mixer is also called three dimensional moving mixer, it moves in 3D space to eliminate gravity segregation, stratification and aggregation caused by centrifugal effect, can deal with and mix a group of materials in rapidly and homogeneous. Taking into all-round performance of all kinds of mixers, 3D mixer is still an ideal mixer in nowadays and it is widely used in powder and particle mixing of pharmacy, chemical industry, food, light industry, mechanical, mining, national defense and other research and development institution.

As the multi-direction movements, materials are flowed and dispersed during operation without gravity segregation, aggregation nor mixing dead zone, so that, there is a good mixing result.
Structure: The mixer consists of rack, conveying system, electric control system, multi-direction movement mechanism, mixing cylinder and etc. The cylinder is made of stainless steel and inner and outer mirror polished.

3D mixer is with a large loading coefficient, up to 80% (other mixer is around 50~60%)
3D mixer is with a reasonable structure, easy to feeding and discharging.
High uniformity, short mixing time and low energy cost.
Mixer is made of stainless steel with nice appearance which is easy to clean and move.
Arc angle at all the corners which are polished by complete process and ensure no discharge residual, no mixing dead zone and easy to clean.

Application of 3D mixer:

Suitable for the material mixing of pharmacy, food, essence, chemical industry, plastic, rubber and etc. 

Powders or particles with fluidity whose specific gravity is under 7g/cm³, liquid content is up to 10%, such as medical intermediate, flavoring, flour, essence, graphite, coffee powder, iron powder and etc.
