The micro-feature requirements of the product require special molding equipment and corresponding auxiliary equipment to complete injection molding. It also requires the use of special mold insert and mold cavity development technology.Microinjection molding requires high-speed injection capability and high injection pressure, melt temperature within the allowable range, and the mold wall temperature needs to be precisely controlled.
