Effect of using filter press

The greater the air permeability of the membrane filter press filter cloth, the faster the processing efficiency, but it will cause the turbidity value to increase and fail to meet the quality index requirements.
Therefore, on the premise of meeting the oil content requirements, the initially selected model of filter cloth is also certain, and its initial air permeability is also certain. As the production batches of filter cloth gradually increase, its filtration performance will gradually decrease, which will affect the output. This characteristic is called the attenuation characteristic of the filter cloth. When the decrease of the filter cloth reaches the low output value, it needs to be soaked in alkaline water. Cleaning improves the circulation of the filter cloth.
Therefore, the filter cloth of the filter press needs to be cleaned regularly according to its attenuation characteristics.

Because the operating environment of the membrane filter press is usually very poor, full of coal, oil, alkaline dust, etc. These corrosive chemicals may cause damage to the electrical components of the press, leading to electrical failures and unresponsive control buttons.
When the control button operation of the filter press is invalid, check whether the structure and contacts of the filter press control button itself are normal.
Inspection method: Press the corresponding button and observe whether the corresponding node indicator light at the PLC input end is lit. If it is lit, it means that the button is not faulty. If it is not lit, check the button, relevant terminal wires, etc.
When it is determined that there is no fault on the input side, you can continue to press the input button and observe whether there is any relevant indicator light on the PLC output terminal side. If any indicator light is on, you should check the output-related intermediate relays, contactors and solenoid valve coils, etc. Whether it is intact.
If no indicator light lights up, it means that the PLC does not meet the output conditions. You should check whether the relevant limit switches and proximity switches are intact, and whether the nodes are opened and closed correctly, so as to find out the cause of the fault, make correct judgments, and solve the problem in time.
