Description:
1. Purpose
Washing, rinsing raw material and discharging sludge. Remove sediment, dust, pebbles and dirt, and disinfect the material and rinse off pesticide residues. It can be connected to a vegetable cutting machine for a production line.
2. Overview
(1) This industrial vegetable washer mainly consists of tanks,air injection system, framework, vibration arms, vibration motors and a mesh filter roller on top;
(2) Generate eddy currents from left, right, below and behind, to involve and wash vegetable from every angle and keep it intact. Repeat washing vegetable and flow it forward to the vibration stand. Remove broken leaves and waste;
3. Features
(1) The vibration springs are imported high-tech vibration arms, with perfect elasticity and stability. The vegetable will quiver and shake off water in a short period of time. Low in noise, and stable in working condition and vibration;
(2) The bottom of the tank is designed as a cone that can separate the waste from water and store it. The waste will be pending discharge;
(3) The direction and speed of water flow is adjustable if needed.
(4) The body of machine is SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, and gets sandblasting on surface;
(5) The spiral water flow cleans the vegetable, prolongs the cleaning time and saves water.
