Description:
Standard production steps:
1st Picking and cutting: Worker table for 6 workers to cut off roots of leafy vegetables.
2nd Cutting: A veg cutter machine of large scale to cut the fresh materials into shreds or pieces.
3rd Washing: A fruit and veg washing machine, such as an air bubble washing machine or vortex washing machine with ozone function, to clean the materials.
4th Drying: An air blower drying machine with conveyor belt to remove excess water off the surface of materials.
The leafy vegetables usually refer to celery, cabbage, spinach, parsley, etc.. Above steps are recommended to process leafy vegetables with a capacity of 2 kilograms per hour. Due to different materials, the food processing solutions should be customized with a detailed list of machine models based on users' requirements.
The size of the worker table can be reduced to a smaller one for 4 workers. Or, we can customize an elevator lifting machine with a worker table of 2 people, so that the lifting and the picking can be combined in one machine. Futher, we can make a trough for prewash on the lifting machine, and we will be able to have a prewashed materials after cutting.
