Description:
Standard production steps:
1st Lifting: Lifting elevator with a trough that can serve as a preliminary wash.
2nd Peeling: Vegetable peeling machine or fruit washer machine to scrape off the surface or clean off the dirt.
3rd Picking: Worker table where workers will stand beside to pick out and cut off unnecessary parts of vegetables.
4th Cutting: A veg cutter machine or, if needed, more of these machines to cut vegetables into designated shapes and sizes.
5th Washing: A large scale vortex washing machine equipped with a vibration section will be perfect to clean vegetables and remove the small
6th Drying: Air blower drying machine to remove the excess water off the vegetables.
The root vegetables usually refer to potato, onion, carrot, sweet potato, taro etc.. We can offer you a solution of processing line based on your information and requirements.
The machines listed above is for recommendation. That means we can replace, or even delete, machines with a more suitable one.
The ideal solution would be a totally automatic production line with the least worker numbers, but that will be for at least 1000 kilograms per hour.
As we have received a lot of requirements on production line for small capacity, say 200 kilograms per hour, we would recommend the standalone usage of these machines, which will require more workers to take part in the production.
