Standard production steps:
1st Lifting: An elevator lifting machine with trough can save labor and serve as a prewash.
2nd Peeling: A potato washing and peeling machine with brush roller can peel the skin off the sweet potato.
3rd Lifting: A lifting machine that can carry the peeled vegetables upwards into next machine.
4th Washing: A vegetable washing machine equipped with a full length conveyor belt and high pressure spray nozzles will serve as a second cleaning for the peeled sweet potato.
5th Picking and cutting: A Worker table where workers will stand beside to pick out and cut off unnecessary parts of vegetables.
6th Cutting: A veg cutter machine or slicer machine can cut sweet potatoes chips into the size we want.
The root vegetables usually refer to potato, onion, carrot, sweet potato, taro etc.. Therefore, the production steps of making sweet potato chips are quite similar to that of making potatoes.
