1 the process is as follows:

(1)  forming and rough drawing machine: spool tension active pay off → constant tensile rack→Ultrasonic cleaning machine→rolling speed detection system→ forming into U shape→servo powder adding system→forming→forming and reduce diameter→ LZ6/500 drawing machine →Φ800 spool take up(from 5.0 to 2.8mm)

(2) LZ8/400 drawing machine line(from 2.8 to 1.2mm)+polishing machine+take up machine  

(3) Layer winding machine for 20KG each package

(4)the auxiliary machine A-Strip butt welding machine
