Description

This product is made by thickening high-quality base oil with soap-based thickener, and adding a variety of environmentally friendly lead-free solid fillers and functional additives to prevent corrosive substances such as hydrogen sulfide.

Type A complies with API 5A3 standards, and types B and C comply with SY/T 5199-1997 standards.

Performance characteristics

Under high temperature and high pressure, it has excellent and reliable sealing performance against medium concentrations of acid, alkali, salt and sulfur-containing natural gas.

Application

Suitable for sealing and lubrication of casing threads in deep well drilling in oil and gas fields. Type A is used for deep well downhole casing, with an operating temperature of 200°C and a pressure of 59MPa. It can withstand acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media. Type B and type C are suitable for casing within a depth of 5,000 meters.
