Installation height: The vertical distance between the zero point of the on-site flow rate and the instrument probe surface minus 11mm (11mm is the fixed error of the instrument measurement). If the site is a Parshall tank, the vertical distance between the bottom of the tank and the instrument probe is 560mm. , the number entered for the installation height: 560mm-11mm=549mm.
Weir and trough related:
Step 1: Selection of weir and trough: Select according to the weir and trough used on site (right-angled triangle weir, rectangular notch weir, rectangular thin-walled weir, Basher trough)
Step 2: Weir and groove settings: (Rectangular weir notched weir, rectangular weir thin-walled weir, Parshall groove) After completing the first step, proceed to the second step to make corresponding settings for the selected weir and groove (reference Parameter table of weir and groove on pages 3 and 4).
Step 3: Instantaneous unit: (can be modified if needed)
m³/h, L/h and m³/S, choose according to actual needs
Instantaneous calculation: If the weir and tank are well selected, different instantaneous flow rates can be calculated according to different liquid levels.
Current setting: 4mA is generally zero, 20mA corresponds to the full scale on site
Relay settings: quantitative control, please inform us when ordering if necessary
