Moreover, the input cost of HVLS fans is relatively low, and their power consumption is not high, which is 1/8 of that of traditional air conditioners. In some environments where humidity adjustment is required, HVLS fans can effectively adjust humidity, making them a very good cooling and ventilation device.
In order to ensure that the air volume of ventilation equipment and pipes meets the design requirements, air volume regulating valves are installed at different positions of the ventilation pipeline. These regulating valves are basically adjusted upon completion of installation, and should not be arbitrarily moved during maintenance and management. In addition, when the air duct passes through a partition wall with fire protection requirements, a fire damper should be installed. Its function is to automatically close the fire damper once a room in the project catches fire, preventing the fire from spreading along the pipeline. The fire damper is normally open. When the air temperature in the air duct exceeds 70 ℃, the tin wire in the fire damper melts, and the fire damper automatically closes. During maintenance management, do not pull the pull ring of the fire damper to keep it normally open. Check the movable parts of the air outlet and various air volume regulating valves once a quarter, check whether the switches are flexible, whether the valve bolts are loose, and whether the valve body is rusted. If any problems are found, handle them promptly.
