The PPR (Polypropylene Random) pipe extrusion line is used to manufacture PPR pipes, which are widely used in plumbing and heating systems. The working process of a PPR pipe extrusion line typically involves the following steps:
1. Raw Material Preparation: The PPR raw material, usually in the form of granules or powder, is mixed with additives and dried to remove moisture. This ensures the quality and consistency of the final product.
2. Extrusion: The prepared PPR material is fed into the extruder, which consists of a heated barrel and a screw. The screw rotates and pushes the material forward, melting it as it moves. The melted PPR material is then forced through a die, which gives it the desired shape and size of the pipe.
3. Cooling: The extruded PPR pipe passes through a water cooling tank or spray chamber, where it is rapidly cooled to solidify and stabilize its shape. This step is crucial to prevent deformation or warping of the pipe.
4. Sizing and Calibration: The cooled PPR pipe is passed through a sizing sleeve or calibration tool, which ensures the pipe's dimensions are accurate and consistent. This step also helps to remove any internal stresses in the pipe.
5. Hauling and Cutting: The sized PPR pipe is pulled by a caterpillar haul-off machine, which maintains a constant pulling force to ensure uniformity. The pipe is then cut to the desired length using a cutting machine or saw.
6. Socketing or Welding: If required, the PPR pipe can be further processed to add sockets or fittings. This can be done through socketing machines, which heat and shape the ends of the pipe to create a socket for joining with other pipes or fittings. Alternatively, welding machines can be used to fuse the PPR pipes together.
7. Inspection and Testing: The finished PPR pipes undergo quality control checks to ensure they meet the required standards. This may include checking the dimensions, visual inspection for any defects, and conducting pressure tests to verify the pipe's strength and integrity.
8. Packaging and Storage: Finally, the inspected PPR pipes are packaged and stored for distribution and use in plumbing and heating systems.

Overall, the PPR pipe extrusion line combines various processes, including material preparation, extrusion, cooling, sizing, hauling, cutting, socketing or welding, inspection, and packaging, to produce high-quality PPR pipes efficiently.

Features of Product:

1.Dedicated fiber glass reinforced plastic extruder with double metal screws and barrel is used,which ensuresboth high speed extrusion and long service life of the extruder.

2.Composite extrusion head of special design,ensure uniform thickness of all three layers,and thickness of each layer is adjustable as required.

3.Compare to common PP-R material,extruded material by this production line has features of high compression strength,no deformation in high temperature,no bending and very small longitudinal reversion rate.Furthermore,its cost is about 5%~10% cheaper than other tubes,it eliminated serious fault of common PP-R tubes which will be deformed while carrying hot water.
