Application of motot push rod in automatic wharf

Working Principle

DW Motor Push Rod power from motor and is drove trapezoid screw nut transmission-counter by decelerator to transform motor circular movement into linear motion.

DW motor push rod enjoys high-effective self-locking function. Under lost power situation, it can be stopped and keep loading at any position by brake.

Structure 

DW motor push rod is made of 1-motor, 2-reducer, 3-trapezium nut transmission countershaft, 4-push rod, 5-flexible protective cover etc.

Motor Push Rdd can not work without limited switch. If the limited switch is not included in order, the external limited switch must be installed in the field to achieve the function.
