As one of the most advanced production processes in China, this process firstly uses two cookers of continuous cooking and then cooperates with a twin-shaft press to squeeze the material. The press cake enters into the dryer for continuous drying, then enters into the sieve screening, grinding machine, cooler and packing system. At the same time, the press juice enters into the special evaporator system dedicated to the meat and bone meal production line for conentration, which uses the exhaust gas from the dryer to perform low-temperature evaporator. To produce one ton of meat and bone meal can save more than one ton of steam consumption. It is the most energy-saving and environmentally production process currently.
