Double Suction Volute Pump ready to delivery!

Horizontal Double Suction Volute Pump (DATS80-270) is a unique new product developed by our company. 

The transmission is driven by an electric motor through a flexible coupling.

Direction of rotation: Forward rotation is clockwise when viewed from the drive end, and reverse rotation is counterclockwise when viewed from the drive end.

Applications include pumping fresh water and other media possessing similar physical and chemical properties to water. It is mainly used in power stations, tap water, municipal administration, construction, fire control and other industries.

The pump bodies adopt a double flow channel design to reduce radial force.

The suction inlet and discharge outlet of the DATS series pump are both below the axis of the pump body, so that the motor can be taken out without disassembling pipelines, which makes easy maintenance.


The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, and the sealing device can be replaced without disassembling the pump cover.
The shaft is a fully sealed, ensuring no contact with the medium, no rust, and long service life.
The shaft sleeve can be made of a variety of different materials according to the needs of users to prevent shaft wear and corrosion.
The shaft distance is shortened and the shaft diameter is increased to extend the service life of the bearings and mechanical seals.
