1: Firstly, start the lubricating oil pumps and hydraulic stations of the internal mixer and check if the oil supply to each part is normal. 4: During the empty running test of the internal mixer, check the following items:
a: The lubrication of the transmission gears and bearings of the reducer is sufficient, and the sealing parts are well sealed.
b: There should be no significant vibration or periodic noise during operation.
c: When idling, the main motor is at a single speed and its power consumption should be less than 15% of the rated power
d: The temperature of bearings in various parts of the small internal mixer should not suddenly rise, and the temperature rise of rotor bearings and reducer bearings should be ≤ 20 ℃.
