Hydraulic Overflow valve

Direct-acting relief valve is a common hydraulic valve used to control pressure and flow in hydraulic systems. It is mainly composed of valve body, valve core, spring, adjusting screw, etc.

The working principle of the direct-acting relief valve is to control the pressure and flow in the hydraulic system by adjusting the position of the valve core. 

When the pressure in the hydraulic system exceeds the set value, the valve core will be pushed by the pressure, thereby opening the overflow channel and allowing the hydraulic oil to flow back to the tank to keep the system pressure stable. When the pressure decreases, the spring will close the valve core again, preventing the hydraulic oil from flowing back to the tank.
