Applicable working conditions:

It is suitable for cutting and processing of scrap steel, steel plate, scrap car, scrap steel and so on in scrap steel plant, waste recycling station and scrap car. It is widely used in the field of metal recycling construction, scrap car dismantling and other construction fields

One double cylinder shear machine, 2 casing lines (including valve group, including bidirectional pedal valve, including installation)

① Hydraulic control system

② Hydraulic power system

③ Riveted and welded main structure

Double cylinder shear product design features:

① The cylinder adopts large caliber, reverse thrust, flip design. Japan original NOK oil seal.

② Speed valve (standard) - speed up shear speed, improve efficiency

③ Double cylinder design, use Japan original NOK oil seal

④ Rotating device - driven by self-protection hydraulic motor, it can rotate 360 degrees for easy positioning at any Angle. The motor is equipped with an adjustable overload balancing device, which can adjust the flow pressure by itself and protect the motor bidirectional

⑤ The blade is made of H13 upgraded material (special alloy steel process), and the four sides are exchanged. Threaded hole design is adopted

⑥ Main shaft: The main shaft is processed by special technology

⑦ Strong structure - the main tool plate is made of wear-resistant and high-strength German Krupp plate, which is processed by an integrated boring and milling process
