Semi-encrypted silica fume for train station concrete: This type of microsilica is commonly used in concrete used in the construction of railway stations to increase the fire and frost resistance of the concrete.Semi-encrypted silica fume is the silica fume after high temperature calcination and semi-enclosed sealing treatment. The chemical composition of semi-encrypted micro silicon powder is very stable, containing a large amount of SiO2, CaO, MgO and other substances, but also has a high activity, can react with Ca(OH)2 in water to generate new hydration products.
Fully encrypted silica fume refers to silica fume encrypted and then processed into silica fume. Compared with semi-encrypted silica fume, fully encrypted silica fume has higher activity and chemical stability, which helps to improve the strength and durability of concrete.

The experimental results show that the moderate addition of half-encrypted silica fume and full-encrypted silica fume has a certain enhancement effect on the strength of concrete. However, too much addition or improper use will lead to the reduction of concrete strength. In addition, if the content of semi-encrypted silica fume and fully encrypted silica fume in concrete is too high, it may lead to problems such as cracks and deformation of concrete.
