The BY-100A plasma polishing and deburring equipment is suitable for small parts or low-volume products. It can be widely used in industries such as medical, precision machining, 3D printed dental crowns, precious metal jewelry, etc. Materials such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, nickel-titanium alloys, and steel can be polished and deburred using this equipment, with support for titanium alloys, gold, and silver processing as well (requires different inverter power configurations).
The inner groove of the plasma polishing machine is made of 3mm thick 316L stainless steel plate, with dimensions of 620mm in length, 420mm in width, and 600mm in height. For safety, the inner groove and outer frame are insulated with 20mm thick insulating board to prevent safety accidents. The frame is made of 50mmX50mmX2.0mm 304 stainless steel welding, with dimensions of 1200mm in length, 1080mm in width, and 1680mm in height. The control panel is made of 2mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, and the lifting door and seal door plate are also made of 304 stainless steel.
For transmission, the plasma polishing machine uses linear guides, linear sliders, chain drive, and variable frequency drive motor to drive the lifting door and hanging rack. The hanging rack has a travel distance of 500mm. The equipment can choose between three-phase full-bridge rectifier power supply or three-phase inverter power supply, depending on the processing needs of different materials. Temperature control is achieved using 316 seamless stainless steel heating tubes, water level control uses a float ball with micro switch, and compressed air is supplied from an external compressed air source controlled by a throttle valve to enter the bottom of the inner groove.

For electrical and control systems, the system uses Xinjie PLC module control, equipped with a Weintek 7-inch color touch screen, supporting manual operation, full process automatic operation, or partial manual operation. The control cabinet and DC power cabinet are separated. The site layout requires a factory height of at least 2800mm, with a site size of 5000mm in length, 5000mm in width, and 2800mm in height (excluding the distillation drying tank and mixing tower location).
Peripheral requirements include ensuring compressed air pressure is above 6kg/cm2, water flow rate is greater than 2t/hr, pressure is greater than 3kg/cm2, and power supply requirements are three-phase five-wire 380V voltage fluctuation not exceeding ±5%. For power distribution, the cable uses 3+2 16 square, with a total circuit breaker rating of 100A (if the distillation drying tank is required, a 3+2 25 square 200A total circuit breaker is needed). The exhaust pipe requires a diameter of 160PP exhaust pipe and PP exhaust fan or stainless steel exhaust fan.
