The proportional relief valve R901108319 DBET-6X/420G24K4V is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve manufactured by Rexroth. This valve mainly consists of a housing, a proportional solenoid valve, a valve seat, and a valve cone spool, and it can reliably limit the system pressure to the set value signal.

Specifically, its working principle is based on the command value on the electronic device, which drives the solenoid coil through current, converting the current into mechanical force acting on the valve lift valve. When the hydraulic pressure on the valve cone spool equals the solenoid valve force, the valve controls the set pressure by lifting the valve cone spool off the valve seat, allowing hydraulic oil to flow from port P to T or Y. If the command value is zero, the control electronics only applies a minimum control current to the proportional solenoid valve and sets a minimum set pressure.

In addition, this proportional relief valve has a nominal size of 6, a connection type of subplate mounting, a pressure rating of 420 bar, a flow rate of 2 l/min, a drive type of electric with external electronics, and a port count of 2.
