1、 Installation procedure for steel structure factory building

2、 Steel column installation

(1) Due to the large weight and length of the steel column, it cannot be produced and transported in one go. Therefore, the method of segmented production, on-site assembly as a whole, and then lifting is adopted. It is planned to divide the steel column into two sections for production. The steel column is transported to the site in two sections: the lower lattice section and the upper H-shaped steel column. The weight of the steel column is about 6 tons, and the positioning height is about 17 meters. A 50 ton truck crane can meet the lifting requirements, supplemented by one 25 ton truck crane for lifting.

(2) The lifting adopts single machine rotary lifting. Before lifting, place wooden blocks at the position of the steel column foot plate to prevent damage to the column foot plate during the lifting process. When lifting the steel column, the crane should lift the hook while rotating the arm to make the steel column vertically off the ground, and place the column into the cup mouth.
