Main working principles for strip rewinding machine(pay off machine+dancer+take up machine) 

WY03 Horizontal Strip pay off Machine: Place the steel strip in a circle onto the horizontal strapping machine through a crane or specialized lifting device. At this time, the expanding sleeve is tightened, and the steel strip is placed inside the expanding sleeve. Then, loosen the expanding sleeve to tighten the steel strip.

GZL00 tension frame(dancer): Pull out the steel strip from the horizontal unwinding machine, pass through the first guide roller, and enter the horizontal guide roller. Pull out the steel strip from the horizontal guide roller, bypass the tension arm guide roller, and enter the pulse guide wheel. From the pulse guide wheel, go through the wire breakage detection guide wheel and enter the cross-shaped guide wheel.

SG800 steel strip take-up machine: The steel strip coming out of the tension frame is pulled out and wrapped on the spool by the well shaped guide wheel of the wire arranger and the pressing guide wheel.

At this point, start the equipment and slowly raise it from low speed to normal working state, and control the speed of wire laying through the tension arm.
