Process of Making Standard Parts
When making hot-dip galvanized standard parts, the first step is to process raw materials, including cutting, forming, cold drawing, and other processes. Then, the processed metal products are subjected to surface treatments such as degreasing and acid washing to remove surface oil stains and oxides. Next, immerse the processed metal products into preheated zinc solution for hot-dip galvanizing treatment, so as to form a uniform and dense zinc iron alloy film on its surface. Finally, after cooling, cleaning, drying and other processes, hot-dip galvanized standard parts are made.
