The main function of the compensation oil pump

The piston compressor oil pump is mainly responsible for supplying lubricating oil to various parts of the machine to reduce friction and wear during machine operation. Its working principle can be simply summarized in two steps: suction and compression.

First, the piston compressor pump generates negative pressure through the movement of the piston, which draws the lubricating oil from the oil pool. Specifically, when the piston moves down, the piston rod at the top of the piston pulls down the piston valve in the oil pump, and under the action of the valve, the lubricating oil can be smoothly sucked into the oil pump chamber.

The key components of this are the piston reciprocating in the studio and the sealed working space formed on the inner wall of the cylinder block, which form the complete oil pump structure through the piston rod and other connectors. At the same time, the oil pump also uses cams or crankshafts to convert internal energy into pressure energy.
