Premix Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate is light yellow to light brown powder or particles

Bacitracin has antibacterial effect by blocking phosphorylase reaction and inhibiting mucopeptide synthesis. Bacitracin has good antibacterial activity against most gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, enterococcus, Clostridium and corynebacterium, and is also effective against actinomyces and spirochaeta. Sensitive bacteria rarely develop resistance to it.
