Features of Starch Drying Machine
1. SXG flash dryer of starch has a special cooling device at the bottom, thus effectively avoiding material deterioration due to high temperature.

Working Principle of Potato Flour Drying Machine
The hot air enters the bottom of the rotary flash dryer in a tangential direction, and forms a powerful rotating wind field driven by the agitator. The material enters the dryer through the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed by the impact, friction and shearing force. The bulk material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with the hot air, and heated to complete the drying . After dehydration, the dry material rises with the hot air flow, and the classification ring intercepts the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring to the rotary flash dryer, which is recovered by the cyclone separator and the dust collector. The wall is re-falled into the bottom of the dryer to be crushed and dried.
