Flavor Enhancer Xylitol
Xylitol is an organic compound with the chemical formula C5H12O5, native to Finland, and is a natural sweetener extracted from birch, oak, corn cobs, bagasse and other plant materials. In nature, xylitol has a wide distribution range and is widely found in various fruits, vegetables and cereals, but the content is very low. For the human body, xylitol is not a “foreign product”, it is the normal sugar metabolism of the body intermediates.
Xylitol has the appearance of a white crystalline powder with a sweet and refreshing flavor, comparable in sweetness to sucrose, but with only about 40% of the calories of sucrose. Xylitol is highly soluble in water, but less soluble in ethanol and methanol. The melting point of xylitol is 94-97 degrees Celsius, the boiling point is 215-217 degrees Celsius, good thermal stability, not easy to be decomposed by acids and alkalis.

The viscosity of the solution will decrease after long-term storage due to the slow degradation of the polymer, especially when the storage and transportation conditions are poor.
