This is a metal base for an LED light. The base of the LED light can be produce by aluminum die casting.

 However, the cost of investment the die casting mold is relatively high, and the price of the aluminum die casting base is relatively higher than drawing one .

 Our product uses steel sheet plate to make the base. The iron base is sturdy, durable, and lightweight, but its heat dissipation performance is lower than that of the aluminum alloy base.

However, its advantage is that the stamping mold cost is relatively low, and the material cost is also much lower than that of the aluminum alloy die casting part.

 When we punch and cut the material, we also punch the screw mounting holes at the same time, which speeds up production. Due to the excellent production of our stamping mold, the metal edges are smooth and free of burrs. After stamping, we will pre-treat the product to remove oil and dust, and then powder coat it. Our production line produces black and white products steadily every day. Therefore, the delivery speed of black and white spray is the fastest. After spraying, we wrap each product in paper and put it in a turnover box to avoid scratches caused by friction between products.

Except the LED light base, we also could make plastic injection parts ,metal CNC machining parts for customer.

And assemble those accessories together to form a small component. Customers can directly install it into their device.
