Installation precautions
1. The installation of ppr water pipe is generally left hot and right cold, with a distance of no less than 30mm between cold and hot water pipes.2. When connecting PPR pipe and fittings,the distance between two points of the metal pipe clamp cannot be less than 800mm.
3. When the ppr water pipe is hot melted, the temperature is generally controlled at around 260 degrees, and it should be quickly taken over 5-7 seconds after hot melting.
4. The ppr water pipe mouth must be tightened firmly and not loosened.
After installation, pressure measurement and water pipe acceptance should be carried out to ensure no leakage.
