Working principle
During the start-up and shutdown process of the water pump, the stainless steel multifunctional water pump control valve can work automatically. When the water pump is started, water pressure is transmitted from the bypass pipe to the lower chamber, and the main valve plate and slow closing valve plate slowly open under the action of water pressure at the inlet end and lower chamber. With the action of the inlet pressure, the valve plate rises to a larger opening state, and its opening height is determined by the flow rate. When the water pump stops working, the flow rate and pressure suddenly decrease, and the main valve plate begins to slide downwards under the action of gravity. When the flow rate approaches zero, the main valve plate closes and the discharge hole is retained to reduce the impact of water hammer. At this point, a pressure difference is formed between the upper and lower parts of the main valve plate, and the water pressure at the valve outlet enters the upper chamber through the bypass pipe to push the diaphragm pressure plate, causing the lower chamber water to be discharged into the valve inlet. The slow closing valve plate begins to slowly close until the discharge hole is completely closed, and the valve returns to the initial state of stopping the pump
