- Indexing in- feed conveyor loaded by hand with automatic bottle separation..

- Automatic suction cup pick and place device with dual suction cup feeding the buckets onto the “V “ support walking beam.

- Walking beam transport system with counterpoint support.

- Dual station flaming stations.

- Pre - registration station using register lug on base of the bottle.

- UV lamp systems and local lamp system housing with ozone exhaust and blowers, and 3 power levels 50 % 75 % and 100 % power – USA made lamp system.
