Description:

HT series ceramic plates are made of AL203 or SIC materials with high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance and good wear resistance. You can also call it as Microporous Ceramic Filter Plate, Ceramic Disc Filter Element,etc.

After adding some inorganic binders and pore-forming agents, hydraulic gradient dry pressing is used for precision processing, and then the aluminum oxide membrane with micron pore size is sprayed. After secondary sintering at a high temperature of 1500~1800℃, it becomes a porous ceramic plate with a double-sided filter layer and a pressure resistance of up to 8BARD.
