Micropore Filter Ceramic Plate

The ceramic filter plate is mainly composed of a filter plate, a support net, a flange and other parts. The filter plate is made of multi-layer ceramic pressed blanks and high-temperature sintering. It has a mesh structure on the outside and contains multiple through holes and anti-blocking holes inside. The filter plate itself has high permeability and anti-blocking properties, and can maintain a stable filtration efficiency under conditions such as high pressure and high flow rate. The support net is used to reinforce the structure of the filter plate body, thereby enhancing its pressure resistance. The flange is used to connect to the pipeline or equipment.

The filtering principle of the ceramic filter plate is mainly to achieve different levels of filtration effects through pore size and multi-layer media. When the fluid passes through the filter plate orifice, the particulate matter will be trapped in the plate body, and the clean fluid will flow out through the through hole.
