Properties

It helps reduce water absorption, prevents damage from water-soluble harmful substances, minimizes peeling caused by freezing and weathering, and extends the lifespan of the base material. The original appearance of the structure remains unchanged. It effectively prevents darkening and mildew on the surface due to acid rain, maintaining a clean and well-preserved appearance.
It can be applied directly after dilution with water and remains highly effective even under low-solid conditions.

Applications

It is widely used for anti-corrosion and to extend the service life of various surfaces, such as concrete fences, concrete floors, and exterior building mortar, among others.

Construction Method

· Repair any defects in the concrete structure, clean off dirt, waste water, and oil from the surface, and allow it to dry for at least 3 days. The surface should be free of any pollutants before applying the silane treatment.

·  For optimal results, the treatment should be applied 4 weeks after new construction and 2 weeks after repairs. If the temperature is below 5°C, above 40°C, or wind speeds reach the 6th scale, the work should be halted.

·  It is recommended to conduct a small-scale test (around 5m²) before proceeding with large-scale application. If the test is successful, you can continue the process.

·  Tools such as a spray gun, roller, or brush can be used. If using a brush or roller, apply at least two coats, ensuring the surface remains wet for 2 minutes. For spray guns, keep spraying until the base material is fully soaked.

·  Two coats are recommended, with 200–250g/m² applied each time. After 2-4 hours, when the concrete surface is almost dry, apply the second coat.

·  Average water absorption of concrete is significantly reduced.

·  Reduces damage from snow-melting agents and chlorine salts.

·  Mitigates damage caused by repeated freezing and thawing of concrete structures.

·  Enhances resistance to corrosion, weathering, and environmental degradation.

·  Increases the durability of concrete and extends its service life.

·  Treated concrete becomes waterproof while maintaining its original appearance.

Safety and Storage

Keep in a cool and dry place and avoid storage in direct sunlight. Shelf life is 24 months. It is non-hazardous substance.
