Properties

1. Excellent water repellent performance could reduce concrete structure water absorption to more than 90%

2. Water repellent material with breath function. Excellent infiltration capacity, could infiltrate 3-4mm into concrete surface and efficiently treat with crack less than 0.2mm.

3. Could efficiently prevent appearance darkness and mildew due to corrosion and mold moss caused by acid rain, could keep long term good appearance of concrete structure.

4. Maintain original appearance especially for buildings with special requirements for appearance such as as-cast-finish concrete.

5. Service life could be more than 20 years with excellent alkaline tolerance and durability

6. Compared with Epoxy coated steel bars, rust inhibitor and cathode protection, Silane dipping agents is the most economic choice.

Applications

1) Silane dipping agents could be used as structure protection of new concrete and reinforcement and repair of old concrete, such as sea port, cross sea bridge, hydraulic engineering dam, city viaduct, high grade highway bridge, railway bridge, tunnel, airport road, as-cast-finish concrete building, thermal power plant, sewage treatment plant, especially for protection of concrete structure which are suffered from marine corrosion, salt spray corrosion, deicing salt corrosion and freeze thawing breaking

2) Concrete surface treated with silane liquid with an excellent hydrophobic efficient.

Safety and Storage

Keep in a cool and dry place and avoid storage in direct sunlight. Shelf life is 24 months. It is non-hazardous substance.
