19mm Power Lock With Brass Flat Key Switch

The 19mm power lock switch,also known as Chicago lock, zinc alloy die cast housing and cylinder,bright chrome plated standard,double-bitted brass flat key,11 disc tumbler mechanism,5 number changes available, a variety of terminal changes.

Two-stage switch design,the switch function OFF-ON (SPST),the key can be pull out at 12 o'clock position only,or can be withdrawn at 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock two positions,S203 is a screw terminal foot,S203A is a flat terminal foot,S203B is a cylindrical terminal foot,and there is another spring load for momentary contact and key return at 3 o'clock instantaneous power return,only 12 o'clock out.According to customer needs to increase the processing process,such as: welding wire,thunder carving,marking,etc.Based on convenient production quantity,it can also be customized according to customer needs.

The power lock key switch contact rating is 4A 125VAC and contact resistance is 50 Milli-Ohms Max.The key switch insulation resistance is 500 Meg-ohms Min.(500VDC) and dielectric strength is 1500VAC-1 Minute,passed life cycle test of 6,000 times and UL approval,ROHS and REACH compliant suitable to use on security applications,personal transportation vehicles and elevator controls.
