Aluminum alloy pipe clamp valves, also known as aluminum alloy clamp valve or aluminum alloy rubber hose valve, is a valve composed of left and right aluminum alloy valve bodies, rubber pipe sleeves, large and small valve stems, upper and lower gate plates, guide columns and other parts. The design of this valve gives it excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, frost resistance, and sealing performance. A significant feature of aluminum alloy pipe clamp valves is that they can be restored to new condition by simply replacing the rubber sleeve, and the valve body itself can be used for a long time, with a lifespan typically 4 to 6 times that of ordinary valves. In addition, aluminum alloy pipe clamp valves can be customized with non-standard products according to customer needs, and support multiple driving modes such as manual, pneumatic, and electric.

Working principle

The working principle of aluminum alloy pipe clamp valve is based on the compression and expansion of rubber pipe sleeve. When the steering wheel is turned, the large and small valve stems simultaneously drive the upper and lower gate plates, compressing the rubber sleeve to achieve the closure of the valve. Reversing the handwheel will cause the gate to move back and forth between the guide columns, completing the opening action of the valve. Due to the load-bearing capacity of the rubber sleeve, the operator can reach the opening and closing poles with a moderate amount of resistance when rotating the handwheel, without excessive force or the use of auxiliary tools.

Aluminum alloy pipe clamp valves are suitable for situations that require rapid control of fluids containing solid particles or fiber impurities due to their unique structure and materials. Gate valves and check valves focus on preventing fluid backflow and are suitable for systems that require one-way flow assurance. Butterfly valve and control valve, with their excellent flow control performance and structural advantages, are suitable for a wide range of industrial pipeline systems.
