The main transmission mechanism is composed of planetary gear transmission, cylindrical gear transmission and bevel gear transmission, which has the advantages of small volume, light weight and high power density. The basic models of planetary gear reducer are: P2N (coaxial planetary gearbox), P2L (linear planetary gearbox with bevel gear stage), P2S (parallel planetary gearbox with helical gear stage), P2K (linear planetary gearbox with bevel gear stage and helical gear stage), P3N,P3S,P3K ; The transmission ratio ranges from 25 to 4000; When combined with the gear motor K\R\S, it will be convenient to achieve a larger transmission ratio. According to the machine layout requirements, a variety of output shaft structure: cylindrical solid shaft, hollow spline shaft, hollow sleeve shaft for choice; Installation methods: horizontal base type, torsion arm support type, flange fixed type, vertical installation type; Lubricating oil :N320, if necessary, the external lubricating and cooling module will be attached to ensure the reliable operation of the reducer.
