Quick Installation Butterfly Valve

Electric quick installation butterfly valve is a type of valve used in pipeline systems, which can quickly cut off, connect or regulate the flow of media. This type of valve typically adopts an upper installation structure and is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter application scenarios. The design of the electric quick installation butterfly valve aims to reduce the connection bolts of the valve body itself, thereby improving the reliability of the valve and overcoming the impact of system weight on the normal operation of the valve. In addition, the quick disassembly and assembly function of the electric quick installation butterfly valve makes maintenance and replacement more convenient, helping to shorten process downtime. 1. Preparation work: Ensure that all tools and materials are complete, including electric butterfly valves, pipe cutters, screwdrivers, wrenches, sealing materials, etc.
2. Inspection and Cleaning: Inspect the electric butterfly valve and pipeline to ensure that the interior is clean and free of foreign objects, and cut and clean if necessary.
3. Flange connection: Place the electric butterfly valve between the pre installed two flanges, gently insert the bolts and nuts, and tighten them slightly to correct the flatness of the flange surface.
4. Welding fixation: Use spot welding to fix the flange to the pipeline, and install the valve after the weld has cooled down.
5. Adjustment and testing: Leave sufficient space for movement in the flange to prevent valve damage and ensure that the butterfly plate has a certain degree of opening. Correct the valve position and tighten all bolts to confirm that the valve can open and close freely again.
6. Wiring: Install the cables according to the corresponding wiring diagram, paying attention to waterproof measures and sealing of cable interfaces.
