Polyacrylamide is, simply called PAM, a water- soluble high flocculant polymer and widely used in petroleum, paper-making, metallurgical, textile and environment protection fields, Water Treatment Chemicals. There are three categories of Anionic, Cationic and Non-ionic type.

Mainy used for flocculation, Flocculation is the process of agglomerating destabilized particles into bigger flocs.

Polyacrylamide can be used alone or together with inorganic coagulants to make flocs bigger and more resistant to shear forces.

Polyacrylamide finds applications in water treatment, pulp and paper production, agriculture, food processing, Oilfield Chemicals, Drilling Auxiliaries.

Polyacrylamide PAM is a glassy solid. It is easy to absorb water, and the rate of water absorption differs depending on the nature of the derivative ion. Polyacrylamide dissolves in water and also dissolves in organic solvents such as acetic acid, ethylene glycol, glycerin, and amines. Long-term thermal decomposition, decomposition temperature above 120 °C.PAM flocculant polyacrylamide 210°C under anaerobic conditions. According to need,PAM flocculant polyacrylamide can be processed into four types of products by non-ionic processing into anion, cation and mixed Anionic and cation.
