PVC Internal Tooth Elbow

    PVC internal tooth elbow is a common PVC pipe connector, mainly used to change the direction of water flow and form a certain angle at the connection. There are two common types: 45 ° and 90 °. They are commonly used in household or industrial water pipeline systems, especially in places where water flow needs to be diverted or branched. PVC internal tooth elbows can be used in conjunction with various types of pipelines, including but not limited to PVC water pipe, PPR pipes, and other materials.

Installation method
The installation of PVC internal tooth elbows is relatively simple, but it requires following the correct steps to ensure a secure and sealed connection. 

1. Measurement and preparation: According to the design requirements of the pipeline system, measure the accurate position of the required elbow installation and prepare the corresponding PVC pipe fittings and tools.
2. Cutting pipes: Use professional cutting tools to cut PVC pipes to the desired length and ensure that the cutting surface is flat and free of burrs.
3. Apply glue: Apply specialized PVC glue evenly on the end of the pipeline and inside the socket of the elbow.
4. Assemble fittings: Quickly insert the PVC pipe end coated with glue into the elbow and ensure a secure connection.
5. Curing and inspection: After the glue has cured, check if the connection is tight and confirm that there is no water leakage in the PVC pipe and fittings.
