● Multihead Weigher adopts high-precision digital sensors to ensure the accuracy of weighing. During the rapid weighing process, the vibrating tray can automatically adjust the vibration amount according to different target weight values, making the material distribution more uniform and the combination rate higher.

● Whether it is granular, powdered or irregularly shaped materials, precise weighing can be achieved, with an average error range of approximately ±0.1 to 2g.

All Material Types Are Compatible

Granular materials : For granular materials such as corn seeds and soybean seeds, the multi-head scale uses the parabolic trajectory algorithm to optimize the dropping path, effectively avoiding the weight deviation caused by the mutual collision between particles and achieving precise weighing.

Powdered materials : For powdered and granular materials such as grass seeds and sesame seeds, the equipment activates the anti-agglomeration vibration mode, with the vibration frequency controlled between 50 and 100Hz. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a coated hopper to reduce the adsorption of static electricity to the materials and ensure the accuracy of powder weighing.

Irregularly shaped materials : For irregularly shaped materials such as flower bulbs and hybrid rice seeds, by using the dynamic density compensation algorithm and combining with the built-in material form database of over 500 seed parameters, precise proportioned and weighed materials of these types can be achieved.
