The working principle of this valve is to adjust the opening of the main valve by utilizing changes in inlet pressure, thereby controlling the outlet pressure. When the inlet pressure increases, the pilot valve will sense the pressure change and open, allowing some fluid to flow into the control chamber above the main valve, pushing the main valve downwards and increasing the gap between the main valve and the valve seat, thereby reducing the outlet pressure. On the contrary, when the inlet pressure decreases, the pilot valve will reduce the flow of fluid into the control chamber, and the main valve will move upward under the action of spring force, reducing the gap between the main valve and the valve seat and increasing the outlet pressure.

The diameter of the filter mesh should not be less than 4 mesh/c ㎡ to 5 mesh/c ㎡, and the flow area should not be less than 4 times the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
