Uses of ferric chloride:

Used in sewage treatment, Water Treatment Chemicals, circuit board etching, stainless steel corrosion and mordant, is a good substitute for solid ferric chloride, of which HPFCS high purity for the electronics industry demanding cleaning and etching.

Liquid ferric chloride is an efficient and cheap flocculant for the treatment of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater, which has significant effects of precipitation of heavy metals and sulfides, decolorization, deodorization, oil removal, Oilfield Chemicals, sterilization, phosphorus removal, and reduction of effluent COD and BOD.

Advantages of ferric chloride:

1, more than 40% lower than the price of solid ferric chloride (same concentration), can completely replace solid ferric chloride;

2, itself is an aqueous solution, eliminating the operation of solid solution preparation and the problem of incomplete dissolution;

3. Replace liquid or solid aluminum sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, polyferric sulfate and other flocculants, reducing the processing cost by more than 30%;

4, the flocculation performance is excellent, the settling rate is higher than the aluminum salt series flocculants (such as aluminum sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, etc.), and the formed alum flowers are dense;

5, the amount of sludge generated is small, greatly saving the cost of sludge treatment;
